These horizontal plough blade mixers are designed to meet customers' demands for fast, precision mixing of components with wide ranging quantity proportions, densities, structures and flow characteristics.

Multi-Mixers are available either as batch mixers, the B series or as continuous mixers, the C series.

Multi-Mixers operate on the principle of a mechanically generated fluid bed with three dimensional movement of the product. They provide perfect solutions for mixing components ranging from fine powders through to heavy pastes such as DMC's, putties and marzipan.

Based on a standard operating principle, they can be custom made to suit the customer's application and process parameters.

Features such as vacuum, heating/cooling jackets, flameproof electrics, explosion relief or suppression , spray systems, special steels and finishes are available.

The Multi-Mixer is ideal as a multi-stage process vessel eliminating the need for additional specialist equipment. As a multi-stage process vessel, the Multi-Mixer can be used as a mixer-dryer, mixer-granulator, de-aerator, reactor and cooler.
